Own production
A set of technological equipment equipped with an automated process control system for operator control. The basis of the technological line consists of an extruder, oil presses, a filter for primary oil purification, which are selected for a specific technological process in accordance with the required capacity of the line. The integrated line includes an automated process control system that monitors all processes and records all key production indicators.
Appointment
During the extrusion process, soybeans are disinfected, partially dehydrated, stabilized (due to inactivation of enzymes), starch is gelatinized, the odor characteristic of soybeans disappears, which gives the product good dietary qualities.
Raw materials and products
The raw material is soybeans, the product is full–fat soy.
Compound
When completing the line, depending on the performance and needs of the customer, the following equipment of our own production can be used:

Technology
Technological stages
The technological scheme of the soybean processing line into full-fat includes the following operations:
- Seed weighing (additional function);
- Cleaning soybeans from dust, sand, stones, large impurities and metal impurities;
- Extrusion;
- Cooling, storage.
Before extrusion, soybeans are cleaned of weeds and metal impurities. Impurities include shells, remains of leaves and stems, sand, lumps of earth, stones, seeds of wild and cultivated plants, damaged seeds of the main crop.
Soybeans sent to the SEPARATOR for cleaning are sorted on two pairs of sieves arranged in parallel in a sieve case (upper and lower pair of sieves).
For soybeans, the sieves indicated in the table are used.

The size of the sieves can be selected by the enterprise individually, taking into account the characteristics of the raw materials.
Departure from the upper sieve - large impurities, passage of the lower sieve - small impurities. In the aspiration chamber, the raw materials are cleared of light, dry, non-adherent particles. To separate particles, velocity loss and inertial force are used.
The purified soybean seeds pass through the magnetic protection and enter the ACTIVE STORAGE UNIT from which they are fed into the EXTRUDER. The hot extrudate is sent for COOLING and then for storage.
The technological process takes place automatically and is controlled from the control room. To operate and maintain the line, 1-2 people are required. The delivery package may include a video surveillance kit and remote access.

Normalizer
- The normalizer is designed to heat oil seeds and grains and continuously feed them into the oil press.
Extruder GL-E-1000
- Preparation of extruded feed components for farm animals and birds from wheat, rye, barley, corn, peas and soybeans, lupine. Production of cake saturated with protein and fats. Heating of raw materials before oil extraction (preparation of cake for pressing).
Cooler GL-OE-1000
- - Cooling of bulk products after extrusion or oil extraction; - Cooling of bulk products before storage; - Prevents the process of protein denaturation in the cake.
U-shaped screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is designed for transporting grain and its processed products, as well as, in agreement with the customer, other bulk materials.
Grain cleaning separator
- The separator is designed to clean grain crops from large and small impurities. Different levels of purification are achieved using appropriate sieves.
