The productivity of the pressing lines is from 12 tons/day. The maximum capacity of the lines is unlimited and is completed according to the customer's requirements.

The equipment of the pressing line allows processing seeds of various oilseeds (sunflower, rapeseed, soybeans, cotton, corn) and can be used in the production of vegetable oils both by direct pressing and in production by extraction.
Characteristics of the pressing lines
Pressing lines can be equipped with three different options. All three schemes are based on the classical method of hot pressing when using moisture-heat treatment of oilseeds (sunflower, rapeseed, soy, etc.) before pressing:
- Single pressing line for further solvent extraction. This scheme provides for the complete set of the line with roller machines, braziers for moisture-thermal processing of mint and oil presses. The residual oil content of the cake after pressing according to this scheme is 18-22%.
- The classical scheme of double pressing. According to the classical scheme, the pressing line is equipped with roller machines, braziers for moisture-thermal processing of mint before pre-pressing, cold-pressed oil presses, braziers for moisture-thermal processing of cake before final pressing, as well as oil presses for final pressing. The residual oil content of the cake after the final pressing is 8-9%.
- Single pressing. According to this scheme, the pressing line is equipped with roller machines, braziers for moisture-thermal processing of mint and presses. The residual oil content of the cake in this case is 10-11%.
