Premix production line
Premix is a homogeneous mixture of vitamins, minerals and other biologically active substances and filler crushed to the required size, which is used to enrich animal or bird feed.
The premix production line is a set of technological equipment equipped with an automated process control system for operator control. The technology of premix preparation depends on the type of premix that you want to cook.
For example, for the production of animal premixes, it is necessary to take into account their nutritional needs and add the appropriate ingredients to the mixture. In poultry premixes, it is also necessary to take into account the peculiarities of their nutrition and add appropriate additives.
Appointment
Designed for accurate dosing, high-quality mixing and uniform distribution of minimal doses of biologically active components in each portion of the mixture according to recipes, as well as maintaining the activity of the introduced additives at all stages of premix production.

The raw materials are placed in the unloading hopper, after which the unpacked raw materials, using a chain conveyor, elevator and screw conveyor, enter the hopper under the purifier with an upper level sensor. Before the raw material enters the separator, it is cleaned of metal-magnetic impurities by a magnetic separator and sent by a chain conveyor to the pre-crushing bunker. Using a valve, the flow of raw materials into the crushing hopper is regulated, and from there – into a hammer crusher.
