In a difficult year for all market participants in 2022, the Globalprodservice team celebrated the 10th anniversary of its founding. For some, difficulties are a time of lull and pause, but not for this enterprise. A private enterprise "Globalprodservice" is engaged in the supply of equipment of well-known world brands for the processing of crop products. The main areas of supply are equipment for:

• processing of oilseeds;
• feed extrusion;
• production of vitamin and herbal flour;
• fuel pellets;
• mixed feeds and premixes;
• obtaining flour and cereals;
• fat and oil products.

The company supplies equipment, complete plants, production lines and individual components of production, and also works with enterprises of the alcohol industry in terms of modernization of workshops, preparation of raw materials, grinding, aspiration and transport.

This means that we produce a line of our own equipment, implement complex projects, creating them on our own and adapting various elements to the needs of customers. This applies to complex integrated technological solutions that we supply as official representatives of well-known world factories in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the head explained.

Many years of experience have allowed us to expand the range of directions and services, as well as the geography of foreign partners and take a leading position in the market.

Over 10 years of active work, we have launched hundreds of workshops and sites for processing various products from small installations for performing individual operations (acceptance, purification, grinding, mixing, granulation and crushing) to large plants for the production of vegetable oil, cake, pellets, feed and premixes.

The company is a leading supplier of agro-industrial equipment in Belarus, Russia and the countries of the Customs Union, a competent partner in the field of design, construction and reconstruction of feed mills, grain processing plants and lines, oilseed processing plants.

The company's customers are well-known enterprises in the agro-industrial complex and LPC: Kremko, Parokhonskoye, agrokombinat Zhdanovichi, SNOV, Agroproduct, Vitebsk MEZ, Belalko, Pripyatsky.

But large-scale achievements have not become a reason for complacency. Starting from the year before last, the team took up the realization of a long-held dream - the production of their own machines for the agro-industrial complex. Actually, this idea has always been a cherished goal, which was not easy to realize at that time, but the upcoming difficulties did not stop the close-knit team of experts.

During the work, the company's specialists have accumulated the necessary expertise, which allowed them to start producing their own equipment for processing oilseeds: rapeseed, sunflower and soybeans within the framework of import substitution.

In 2021, having become residents of the Minsk City Technopark, we leased production facilities on the territory of LLC "MotoVeloZavod", created a design department and began to equip the workshops with the necessary machines. At the moment it is almost 1000 square meters, but we plan to expand the area. We are waiting for the readiness of the new building, which is under construction, after which we will take another 1200 square meters to work for production purposes.

Now, spare parts and equipment for the oil and fat industry and the processing of oilseeds are manufactured on our own basis.

Our equipment pays off from 9 months to 1.5 years.
