Globalprodservice, a private enterprise, holds a leading position in the market of oil-pressing and extrusion equipment. The company was recognized as the winner of the "Industry Leaders — 2026" competition.

Globalprodservice company was awarded the diploma of the winner in the nomination "Project of the Year for the launch of new types of products" (in the category "Agricultural machinery") for the project "Lines for the production of grass granulated flour".

We asked Sergey Silchenko, director of Globalprodservice, a private enterprise, to talk about the award-winning project and its significance for the agro-industrial complex.

— Sergey Alexandrovich, congratulations on winning the "Industry Leaders — 2026" competition. What were your expectations when you applied?

— The main goal of any competition is to win, and we won it by taking first place in our nomination. However, the competition for us is also a platform for promotion. We tried to demonstrate the capabilities of our company, make ourselves known on the market and find new partners for long-term cooperation.

— What does this award mean for you personally and for your team?

— This is a high assessment of the work of our entire team, which consists of about 100 professionals. Any work should be rewarded with results. Winning the competition is the best proof that our team works efficiently and efficiently.

We have a fairly broad personnel structure — about eight divisions. The core of the company is a design and technology department and a production workshop with a deep staff of specialists.

Other equally important divisions are being built around our core. We are closing the full cycle of working with the client. The Marketing and sales department studies the market and finds customers, the technology department develops design solutions, the commercial department accompanies all contracts in the company, and engineers take over supervision of installation, equipment start-up, on-site staff training, as well as warranty and service maintenance. In addition, the administration includes a number of important departments that ensure the stable operation of the entire enterprise — accounting, legal department, human resources and security department, etc.

— What is the special feature of the projects with which you won? Please tell us about the production line for grass-fed granulated flour.

— We won the competition with our innovative solution, the grass—fed granulated flour production line. This is a set of technological equipment for the production of vitamin and herbal flour with granulation. The supplied equipment is a complete line designed to perform a full technological cycle of processing raw materials, in the form of various meadow plants and herbs, to produce ready-made herbal granules. The line is an import-substituting product. It allows you to preserve the maximum of useful elements: proteins, vitamins and amino acids, sugars contained in crops such as alfalfa, as well as other legumes, cereals and their mixtures. We ensure the production of high-quality, finished products from raw materials grown by our customers.

In fact, we provide agricultural enterprises with a tool for effective import substitution. The client ceases to depend on expensive foreign protein supplements, producing high-quality feed from its own raw materials. This not only improves the quality of livestock nutrition and health, but also directly improves the economy of the farm.

— What is the uniqueness of the complexes, what are their distinctive features?

— Our complexes are based on developments from the 70s and 80s, however, the distinctive features of our projects from those years are energy efficiency, full automation, operational reliability and safety. The lines are equipped with automatic control systems for all parameters, systems and processes: humidity and temperature; synchronized control of technological and transport equipment with the possibility of remote monitoring, which minimizes the number of maintenance personnel to two people per shift.

We have focused on energy efficiency: our lines consume significantly less electricity, which directly reduces the cost of production and increases the economic benefits for the business.

Safety is another priority. When drying grass, the inlet temperature reaches 700 °C, so we approach the issue of fire protection uncompromisingly. We are building security at the level of engineering solutions. Each line is equipped with modern spark extinguishing systems that guarantee reliability and peace of mind in production.

— Are your complexes mass—produced?

— These are always individual solutions based on standard equipment. We don't have standard projects. Each order is dictated by the conditions of the client's site and its specific tasks. We design the complex as a constructor: we take serial technological units and aggregate them, adapting auxiliary and transport equipment (adjusting the length, height, volume of operational bunkers and other parameters) to the specific requirements of the customer.

— How many such complexes have already been manufactured?

— Last year, we supplied three complexes to Belarus and plan to increase volumes both for supplies to the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The pace of deliveries directly depends on financing, which needs to be worked out for both Belarusian customers and the Russian side. We actively use mechanisms to support agricultural producers, in particular, Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 146 "On financing the purchase of modern machinery and equipment". This tool allows us to develop production: it provides support to the consumers of our equipment and guarantees us stable orders and timely payment.

— Who are your main customers?

— We work mainly with enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Our clients are agricultural producers who grow raw materials and need high—quality processing. Having your own raw material base is a key criterion for cooperation, as it provides a business development perspective. We offer comprehensive technological solutions that allow our partners to efficiently process crops using their own equipment.

The use of the Line ensures the improvement of development indicators both at a single consumer enterprise of these products and on the scale of the Republic of Belarus.

Among our landmark projects are supplies for JSC Parakhonskoye in the Pinsky district, as well as for the Pochapovo and Nevel farms. We have implemented a number of other production tasks in the same region. In addition, we cooperate with the well-known agricultural enterprise Belovezhsky in the Kamenetsky district.

We recently completed the supply of equipment for the Yubileyny agricultural plant in Orsha district and the Svityazyanka farm in Korelichsky district. All these enterprises use our technologies for deep processing of their products.

— Sergey Alexandrovich, how does your company live now and what are the main efforts focused on?

— Our main focus is the development of new integrated technological solutions and the improvement of those already developed and implemented. We are not limited to producing individual herbal pellet production lines. Currently, we are actively developing the processing of rapeseed and other oilseeds (soybeans, sunflower, flax) and occupy a leading position in the Belarusian market in this segment.

Our strategy is simple: the equipment should bring real profit to the client. For example, our rapeseed processing lines allow us to produce high-quality cake and oil. Oil is a highly liquid export commodity that provides an influx of foreign exchange earnings. We apply a similar approach to the production of herbal granules: our customers use it not only for their own needs, but can also successfully export it.

We are currently working on a new promising area — the processing of manure into litter for animal husbandry. With the active construction of dairy complexes in the country, the demand for high-quality bedding is growing. Our technology allows us to turn yesterday's waste into a valuable resource, helping farmers optimize production and solve current industry challenges.

— What are your plans for the future?

— We plan to expand the range of our equipment. We want to increase the productivity of the machines so that they can handle large amounts of recycling. This is in demand especially in Russia and other markets. The needs are different: for example, Belarus and Russia need different sizes, and we take this into account.

In particular, this concerns the processing of oilseeds and the production of herbal granules. We see that expanding our capacity in these areas will help us gain a stronger foothold in the Russian market. And this logically implies that our next goal is to expand the geography of supplies.

— Каково сегодня соотношение поставок на внутренний рынок и на экспорт?

— На текущий момент 70 % выручки приходится на внутренний рынок Беларуси, 30 % — на экспорт в Российскую Федерацию. Важно отметить: такой перевес обусловлен не низким спросом в России, а стратегическим приоритетом по импортозамещению внутри страны. Мы стремимся максимально закрыть свободные ниши на домашнем рынке, чтобы обеспечить здесь уверенное присутствие.

Тем не менее, мы активно расширяем свое присутствие в России. География наших поставок охватывает всю страну: от Центрального федерального округа до Сибири, Алтая и южных регионов. В ближайшие годы мы продолжим наращивать экспортный потенциал параллельно с укреплением позиций в Беларуси.

Линии по производству травяной гранулированной муки получили высокую оценку жюри конкурса. Эксперт, д. т. н., профессор, профессор кафедры «Механизация и автоматизация дорожно-строительного комплекса» БНТУ А. Вавилов заявил, что реализация данного проекта по запуску новой продукции обеспечивает улучшение показателей развития как на отдельном предприятии-потребителе данной продукции, так и в целом Республики Беларусь. Создание отечественной линии по производству травяной гранулированной муки позволяет достичь импортозамещения, что сегодня особенно важно.

Декан экономического факультета УО «БрГТУ» Виктория Зазерская отметила, что проект разработки и производства линий по производству травяной гранулированной муки серии «ГЛ-ВТМ» демонстрирует высокий уровень инженерной и технологической проработки, обладает значительным экономическим эффектом, высоким импортозамещающим потенциалом и выраженной практической значимостью для сельскохозяйственного комплекса Республики Беларусь.

Частное предприятие «Глобалпродсервис» занимает лидирующие позиции на рынке маслопрессового и экструзионного оборудования.
