The principle of operation
The normalizer consists of a frame, augers, a drive, heating elements.
The conveyor screw is installed in bearing supports. The normalizer is driven by a gear motor. Heating elements are installed on the screw pipe to heat the raw materials. The working body of the normalizer is a screw rotating in a closed cylinder. The helical spiral is composed of feathers, which are rigidly fixed to the screw shaft.
The normalizer has one or more loading and unloading receivers/unloadings.
