Rushing and winnowing department
The fan-and-whisk compartment is designed for cleaning and preparing seeds for processing. It includes various machines and equipment that allow you to remove impurities, destroy the seed coat, sort seeds by size and quality, and control the cleaning process. This department is an important stage in the seed processing process, since the quality and safety of the seeds depends on its operation.
The crusher and winnowing department includes a seed crusher and a seed winnowing machine.
Seed crusher
Appointment
Continuous operation seed crusher is designed for peeling oilseeds at oil and fat industry enterprises.
Raw materials for hulling: grain, oilseeds.
Characteristic
The seed crushing machine consists of a housing in which bearing assemblies are installed that hold the rotor, decks and deck holders, lower and upper mechanisms for regulating the gap between the rotor and the deck, a feeder, an adjustable reflector, a drive, fences, an aspiration nozzle (since the machine does not have its own fan and is connected to the central aspiration line). The rotor is driven by a V-belt transmission from a drive motor mounted on the rear wall of the machine.

The principle of operation
- Using the feed roller adjustment flap, the product is distributed across the entire width of the feeder to feed seeds into the working area between the rotor and the deck (crushing chamber).
- In the chamber, the seeds are collapsed by repeated blows of the whips and throwing the seeds onto the corrugated surface of the deck.
- After dehulling, the seed kernels and husks are directed out of the machine by a reflector. The intensity of seed collapse in the chamber is regulated by changing the gap between the deck and the whips.
- To ensure normal operation of the machine, it is necessary to install a damper or gate in front of the inlet pipe, as well as magnetic protection.
Advantages
- High efficiency: allows you to quickly and efficiently destroy seeds of various crops, while maintaining their nutritional properties.
- Cost-effective: reduces manual labor costs and reduces seed processing time.
- Easy to use: has an intuitive interface and does not require special skills to operate.
- Reliability and Durability: Made from durable materials for long service life
- Low maintenance costs
- Convenient use and maintenance
- Minimal product contamination
- Simplicity and safety of operation

The principle of operation
The process of sorting and sifting the product inside the seed shaker occurs as follows:
- The product enters the pre-sifter receiving box, and then is discharged from the distribution trays onto the upper pre-sieve sieves (ø Zmm).
- The discharge from the sieves flows sequentially to the lower pre-screen sieves (ø Zmm), and the passage of the upper and lower pre-screen sieves enters the inclined flows, which are then combined and directed into the out-of-wind pipe and discharged from the machine.
- The discharge from the lower pre-sieves enters the upper row of sieves, which have holes ø 6mm (2/3 of the row length) and ø 7mm (1/3 of the row length).
- The waste from these sieves (husks and husks) enters the first chamber of the wake.
- The passage of sieves (ø 6 mm) enters the second row of sieves.
- The passage of sieves with a hole ø 7 mm is directed into the second chamber of the feed. The second row of sieves has holes ø 4.5 m (2/3 row length) and ø 5 mm (1/3 row length).
- The discharge from these sieves is directed to the third chamber of the wake. The passage of sieves (ø 4.5 mm) enters the third row of sieves. The passage of sieves ø 5 mm is directed into the fourth chamber of the wire.
- The third row of sieves has holes ø 2.5 mm (2/3 row length) and ø3 mm (1/3 row length).
- The discharge from these sieves is directed to the fifth chamber of the wake. The passage of sieves in ø 2.5 mm and ø 3 mm enters the out-of-screen pipe via pallets and is removed from the screen, bypassing the screen.
- Rushanka, having passed through the sieving, is divided into six fractions, five of which go to the feeder, and the sixth is removed from the machine, bypassing the feeder.
- Each of the five fractions of the product entering the winch enters the chamber intended for it, where the product is winnowed with an air flow and the husk is separated from the kernel according to the difference in aerodynamic characteristics.
Advantages
- Cleans seeds from impurities: separates empty, spoiled and damaged seeds, leaving only high-quality ones.
- Regulates the quality of cleaning: allows you to adjust cleaning parameters depending on the type of seeds and working conditions.
- Compact and mobile: its small size and weight make it easy to transport the machine and install it on site.
- Low maintenance costs.
- Convenient use and maintenance.
- Minimal product contamination.
- Simplicity and safety of work.

Seed machine
The seeding machine is a metal structure and consists of the following parts: a winch, a fan, and a sieving machine. The funnel is the aspiration part of the seed tube. The width of the wake is divided into five independent chambers. The sifter is a metal body suspended from a ceiling frame on four steel ropes thrown over supports. The frame is attached to the ceiling with bolts.
