Characteristic
- Conditions of use: indoors at temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C and relative humidity 80% at a temperature of 25 °C.
- The operation of the oil press is controlled from the control cabinet, and in automatic lines - from the control panel of the entire production line.
- The GL-RP-500 oil press can be disassembled and assembled without the use of lifting mechanisms.

The principle of operation
- Raw materials are fed into the press hopper and then lowered into the loading unit.
- The screw shaft moves the raw materials to the pressing unit. The diameter of the screw cavities increases, the free volume for raw materials decreases. This causes the oilseeds to shrink and grind. Bushings are installed on the screw shaft, which create excess pressure in the working chamber, heat the mass and lead to the extraction of oil.
- The oil flows into a collection chamber created by the frame elements of the oil press, and then through a pipe in the lower part is discharged into the workshop oil collection system.
- The cake continues to move through the extraction unit, at the exit it is crushed by an impeller and removed from the press into the cake conveyor.
