The robot scale for bulk shipment is designed for fully automatic shipment of bulk feed to vehicles. The robot scales have the most modern innovative features to ensure maximum efficiency, performance and ease of operation.

Device:
- An automatically moving frame structure with a rubber profile on the upper side to minimize dust emission during filling of the weighing hopper. Dust-proof frame with electric pneumatic drive. There is a flexible dust-proof connection between the frame and the weighing hopper.
- A support frame supported by a weightless structure for a dust-proof frame.
- A weight hopper with rounded corners and upper dimensions of approximately 2300 x 3000 mm, on the lower side there are 4 electropneumatic discharge valves for partial dosing into opposite compartments.
- A weight hopper with rounded corners and upper dimensions of approximately 2300 x 3000 mm, on the lower side there are 4 electropneumatic discharge valves for partial dosing into opposite compartments.
- The weighing system consists of 4 load cells installed under the main support channels of the weighing hopper.
- The weight indicator with RS232C is a connection for inclusion in the current production line management system.
- Steel support structure with a total of 8 running wheels with a diameter of Ø 250 mm. Each set of wheels is mounted in a wheel housing.
- All wheels are self-powered by a geared motor with a frequency controller and brake. The position of the robot along the X and Y axes is determined by laser measurement.
- Transportation and weighing of small particles at the bulk shipping job. Fine particles are removed by a scraper conveyor.
Security measures
- Traction cable system on both sides work;
- A "shockproof" device with a photocell that turns off the motors of the weighing robot.
