The line of single-shaft and double-shaft paddle mixers is designed for mixing a wide range of raw materials, additives and liquid components into a homogeneous feed mixture in a short time.
Characteristic
- Serving size from 100 kg to 4000 kg
- Capacity from 1 t/h to 40 t/h;
Device
- The mixer chute is made of durable steel plates, front and side plates with reinforced, sealed bearings, a 3-piece lid with a special valve for introducing additives, a large discharge valve opening along the entire length of the mixer, of the bomb type
- Mixer motor
- Motor housing, couplings (connections), cover, etc.

- The nominal filling capacity is 70% of the total volume of the mixer for optimal mixing;
- Minimal contamination due to the absence of "dead zones";
- Depending on the characteristics of the mixed components and liquid additives, the liquid input can reach 6% of the total volume;
- The use of nozzles of various designs ensures accurate dosing of liquid components
