The control panel includes a computer with installed software for managing the plant, programming the parameters of finished products, production tasks, as well as for storing information about products and stocks of raw materials.
Software that controls the entire production process with visualization:
- SCADA
- HMI
- a personal computer. The software is transferred to the buyer on the basis of ownership.
- The software includes functions for safe emergency stop and restart in case of power failure.
- The plant is controlled from a PC with a dynamic flow chart on the monitor, which displays the operation of the plant and its condition.
- All production data on raw materials, produced feed and recipes are saved in the form of tables. All necessary data can be exported from the automated control system to the administrator's system on the computer.
- The control system for each piece of equipment can be installed in separate standard control cabinets.
- Equipment control can also be implemented on cabinet doors from buttons or on a touch panel with visualization of all technical processes, with all necessary locks and permissions, with indication of the operation of mechanisms and emergency alarm.
