The screening table in the granule cooling column is used to separate the granules from dust and small particles that can clog the system and reduce the efficiency of the cooling process. It also helps maintain granule size uniformity, which is important for product quality and equipment efficiency.
The sieving table sorts non-granulated particles, which fall down and go for re-granulation. For packaging, the cleaned granules go to the conveyor.

The principle of operation
The starting material is the granules obtained after the granulation process. The material is fed onto the top of the table and distributed over its surface.
The table has several sieves with different cell sizes, which allow you to separate granules of the desired size from other fractions.
- The granules that pass through the sieve go to the next stage of the process, such as cooling or packaging.
- Granules that do not pass through the sieve are returned to the granulation stage for reprocessing.
- The pellet speed, table vibration frequency and tilt angle can be adjusted according to product requirements and system performance.
