The engineering service of Globalprodservice, together with the Customer's specialists, carries out the commissioning of facilities. Our specialized specialists with extensive practical experience will ensure the proper commissioning of the facility, access to the specified capacities and required parameters, train operators who will work on new equipment, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge, minimize the risks of accidents and breakdowns.

Commissioning of the equipment includes:

• Pre-configuration of all components of the processing line equipment to ensure its optimal performance.
• Checking the compatibility of new equipment with existing systems and network infrastructure.
• Configuring interaction with other hardware and programs.
• Control of lubricant levels.
• Training of personnel who will work on this equipment: operation, maintenance and repair.
• Checking the operability of all nodes at idle, with full loading of the initial components and obtaining processed products with specified characteristics at maximum capacity.
• Testing with constant monitoring and debugging.
• Putting the equipment into operation after signing the acceptance certificate.
