Sieves are used to separate crushed material into fractions of various sizes. They are installed after the crushing chamber and serve to separate particles of the desired size from larger or smaller ones.
Characteristic
- Sieves of all types: DDM, MM140, DDP, DDR, DM2R-55, KDU.
- Sieves of all types are from 1 to 3 mm thick, while the diameter of the sieve opening for crushers can vary from 3 to 12 mm.
- Screens can be made from various materials, such as stainless steel, bronze, nylon and others, depending on performance and wear resistance requirements.
The principle of operation
The crushed material is fed to a sieve, where it is sorted by size. Particles that are larger than a given size remain on the sieve, while those that are smaller pass through and are removed from the process. Thus, the sieve allows you to obtain the product of the desired size and separate out small particles that could clog the equipment or degrade the quality of the product.
Advantages
- Increasing the efficiency of the crushing process by separating particles of the desired size.
- Improving the quality of the product by removing small particles that can degrade its properties.
- Increased crusher productivity by reducing time for sorting material.
- Reduce energy costs by reducing the amount of material that needs to be processed.
Sieve for crushers can be manufactured according to your drawings, individually.
