The bushings and tips of the extruder are part of the working body of the extruder. Depending on the type and name of the sleeve, there are differences in functional purpose.

Characteristic

• The sleeve of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.030 is installed in the cups of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.002 and LFUYA.E-1000.14.00.000 (intermediate) extruders between the sleeves, forming together with the sleeves an integral working chamber of the extruder, preventing the exit of crushed raw materials from the working area.
• The sleeve of the LFUI.E-1000.00.00.011 is installed in the glass of the LFUI.E-1000.00.00.001 (output), completing the formation of the working chamber, and is designed to protect this glass from wear.
• The sleeve of the LFUI.E-1000.00.00.004 is threaded into the glass of the LFUI.E-1000.00.00.001 and is designed to adjust the gap between its inner surface and the outer surface of the tip of the LFUI.E-1000.00.00.006 (pressure changes in the working chamber of the extruder). The inner surface of the sleeve and the outer surface of the tip have conical shapes. The tip is threaded onto the end of the extruder shaft.
• The bushings of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.005 series are installed inside the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.004 bushing, designed to remove the extruded product from the extruder and regulate the pressure inside the working chamber of the extruder together with it. The inner surface of the sleeve has a conical surface, as well as the inner surface of the LFUI sleeve.E-1000.00.00.004. The outlet holes of the LFUI series bushings.E-1000.00.00.005 have different diameters (the last digits in the sleeve designation express the diameter of the hole in millimeters), which allows you to obtain an extruded product of various sizes.
• The bushings of LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.030, LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.011 are made by machining castings from alloyed high-chromium cast iron. The casting of blanks is carried out according to polystyrene models baked using specific technological equipment. After mechanical processing, the blank bushings are subjected to additional heat treatment.
• LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.004 bushings and LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.005 series bushings are manufactured by machining blanks made of alloy steels with subsequent heat treatment. The combination of the material used in the manufacture of bushings with subsequent heat treatment gives the bushings high hardness and wear resistance.

The principle of operation

The sleeve of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.030 is installed in the cups of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.002 and LFUYA.E-1000.14.00.000 (intermediate) extruders between the sleeves, forming together with the sleeves an integral (without gaps in the joints to the end surfaces of the sleeves) working chamber of the extruder, preventing the exit of crushed raw materials from the working area.

In addition, the bushings installed in the same area with the extruder washers contribute to the creation (increase), by reducing the working gap inside the working chamber, the pressure necessary to obtain a high-quality extruded product.

The sleeve of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.011 is installed in the glass of the LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.001 (outlet) with a gap-free connection to the end surface of the sleeve, completing the formation of the working chamber.
