Characteristic
- Screw oil presses are designed for continuous mechanical extraction of vegetable oil from the pulp of oilseeds (sunflower, rapeseed, cake, soy, etc.).
- The main products produced on the oil press are vegetable oil, secondary products are cake in the form of shells with a residual oil content.
- The oil press is a construction of a prefabricated welded bed with a closed lining. The bearing supports of the screw shaft and assemblies for mounting the loading housing, the grain chamber, the oil drain bath, and the chute for the cake outlet are placed in the bed.
Spare parts are made of stainless steel, high-alloy cast iron with subsequent heat treatment and have an extended service life.

The transmission of torque from the engine is carried out by a V–belt transmission, from the gearbox to the screw shaft by a special cam-disc clutch. During the operation of the oil press, the prepared pulp is fed through the feeder, the loading housing by a screw shaft into the grain chamber, where the oil is pressed. The pressed oil flows through the cracks of the grain plates into the bath, from which it is fed for further processing. The pressed material (cake) exits through the annular gap between the sleeve and the cone of the screw shaft.
