A set of technological equipment equipped with an automated process control system for operator control. The technological line is based on highly efficient hot and cold pressed oil presses, an extruder, and a filter for primary oil purification, which are selected for a specific technological process in accordance with the required capacity of the line. The integrated line includes an automated process control system that monitors all processes and records all key production indicators.

The rapeseed processing line is designed to produce high-quality cake with minimal residual oil content and maximum yield of rapeseed oil from oilseeds. Rapeseed oil can be used for both food and technical purposes. The cake is used as a protein-rich additive in the production of compound feeds or in the feeding diet. It provides the company with protein raw materials in the shortest possible time and is a tool for import substitution.

Technology

The technological schemes of the rapeseed processing line use technologies of SINGLE OR DOUBLE PRESSING WITH EXTRUSION in order to obtain maximum oil yield. The use of different modifications and connection schemes of the equipment allows us to offer different design solutions - from processing small volumes of seeds to large production enterprises, taking into account the technical requirements of customers.

Main technological stages of production

The technological scheme of the rapeseed processing line includes the following operations:

• Seed weighing (optional);
• Cleaning of seeds from dust, sand, stones, large and metallic impurities;
• Heating of rapeseed in a normalizer;
• Primary pressing (cold pressing);
• Extrusion;
• Secondary pressing (hot pressing);
• Filtration (primary oil purification);
• Oil weighing;
• Oil storage and release;
• Cooling, storage and release of cake;

Before primary pressing, oil seeds are cleaned of weeds, oilseeds and metallic impurities. Impurities include shells, remains of leaves and stems, sand, lumps of earth, stones, seeds of wild and cultivated plants, damaged seeds of the main crop.

Oil seeds sent for cleaning to the SEPARATOR are sorted on two pairs of sieves located parallel in the sieve body (upper and lower pair of sieves).

For rapeseed oilseeds, the sieves indicated in the table are used:

The standard size of the sieves can be selected by the enterprise individually, taking into account the characteristics of the raw materials.

The exit from the upper sieve is large impurities, the passage of the lower sieve is small impurities. In the aspiration chamber, the raw materials are cleaned from light, dry, non-adhering particles. The loss of velocity and the force of inertia are used to separate the particles.

The purified rapeseed is sent through an ACTIVE STORAGE DEVICE to a NORMALIZER before processing, which provides heating of the raw material to 35 ° C with the possibility of adjusting the heating temperature using the automated process control system. After heating, the oil seeds are fed for the first pressing into a COLD-PRESSED PRESS, where about 50% of the oil is squeezed out and a cake with an oil content of 28% comes out. After the first pressing, the cake is fed into the EXTRUDER for preparation and heating before the second pressing.

  The second stage of pressing is a HOT-PRESSED PRESS, on which the residual oil is pressed. The resulting rapeseed oil passes through a filtration system and enters STORAGE TANKS for further shipment to vehicles. A cake with an oil content of up to 9% comes out of the press, which, if necessary, is cooled, crushed and fed to a warehouse for storage and further shipment, or further processing for the production of compound feed.

The technological process takes place in automatic mode and is controlled by the operator. 1-2 people are needed to manage and maintain the line. A video surveillance kit and remote access can be provided in the delivery package.
