A load cell hopper is an industrial weighing equipment designed for collecting, accumulating, storing and dosing the unloading of loose, non-stick materials, followed by unloading them into bags or Big Bags, used as part of processing lines for processing well-bulk products (feed, granules, grain, legumes, flour, cereals).
Characteristic
The product is a cylindrical container raised on a supporting frame. An unloading window is made in the bottom of the hopper (the number of windows depends on the modification) for attaching equipment. In addition, the hopper has a hatch for servicing the internal cavity and an inspection window for visual inspection of the material level. The loading of raw materials into the product container is carried out through the upper loading hole in any mechanized way. Bunkers with one discharge, bunkers with two discharges.

The principle of operation
- The loading of raw materials into the container is carried out through the upper loading hole in any mechanized way. Load cells continuously measure the mass of the product in the container.
- The pneumatic valve opens automatically, and the material is discharged into a prepared container (bag or Big BAG). The pneumatic valve dispenses the flow, ensuring accurate delivery of the set amount.
