- The machine consists of an 8-10-tier box with interchangeable frames, suspended using fiberglass rods on a frame made of steel pipes.
- The drive shaft with counterweights is supported by roller bearings. An electric motor with a power of 1.1 kW is directly connected to the control sieving housing.
- The machine, depending on the processed product, allows you to choose a more suitable technological mode, taking into account the number of sieving operations and the required productivity. By special order, the control sieving is supplied in a two-acceptance design, which ensures the processing of two different products.
The principle of operation
The principle of the sieving operation is the parallel and sequential sifting of grinding products through sets of flat horizontal sieves, which together with the sieving cabinet perform circular translational oscillations in the horizontal plane.
Advantages
- It is possible to adjust the amplitude and frequency of vibrations.
- The inner and outer surfaces of the sieves are lined with wear-resistant plastic.
