Sifter of raw materials
It is designed to isolate a fraction from 2 to 30 mm, depending on the selected number of cellular decks, with a minimum allocation of a fine fraction of 30% in the range of 0-2 mm. The machine can be supplied in three widths: 1, 1.5 and 2 m, with 3-5 screening decks.
It has a compact design and flexibility with exceptionally high performance. The proven and proven design ensures the best operational reliability, even under extreme conditions. The sieving capacity varies in the range of 10-100 t/h. Even more performance can be offered on request.

Designed for separating small fractions and pieces from granules, ø 3.2-6 mm, and grains, 1.5-2.5 mm. The sifter is available in four sizes, with an internal width from 0.5 to 2 m, depending on the capacity. May include up to 5 decks, depending on screening needs.
Compact design, excellent screen access and vibrator ensure short downtime. Screening capacity varies in the range of 5-40 t/h. Even higher performance and larger sizes can be offered upon request.

- Easy maintenance: large, easy-to-open inspection hatches with securely closing and dust-proof covers available in 0.5 m wide modules with only 2 quick-opening fasteners on each.
- The straining system is reliable and makes it easy to check whether insufficient or excessive tension is being shown.
- The sifter is powered by a single vibrator, which gives a characteristic elliptical motion that counteracts clogging of the sieves and delamination of the sifted product.
- The unique single vibrator system ensures low power consumption and simplifies maintenance and stroke length adjustment.
