The principle of operation
The principle of operation of the cyclone-unloader is based on the use of centrifugal force to separate particles of material from the air flow and collect them in a hopper.
Advantages
- Efficiency: Cyclone unloaders are capable of separating most particulates and dust from air or gas, making them effective tools for cleaning and preparing air or gas for further use.
- Cost-effective: they require minimal maintenance costs, since most parts are made of steel or other inexpensive materials.
- Reliability: Cyclone unloaders operate on the basis of gravity and centrifugal force, so they are reliable and do not require complex electronic components or moving parts that may fail.
- Easy to install and operate: Cyclones are easy to install and can be adapted to different systems and conditions. They are also easy to use and maintain, as they do not require specialized training or tools to operate them.
- Versatility: Cyclones can be used for various industrial processes such as air purification from dust, wood shavings, metal particles, food particles, etc.
Cyclone unloader is a device used in pneumatic transport and aspiration systems and is designed to separate and remove transported material from the air stream.
Cyclones can be manufactured in left and right versions.
