The moistening machine is designed for intensive and uniform distribution of water over the surface of the grain. The humidification process is carried out by supplying water to the grain mass and intensive mixing, which provides a controlled increase in product humidity up to 5%. Raw material moistening systems are used to increase the yield of high-grade flour and create the necessary processing conditions.
Characteristic
- The body and rotor with blades are made of stainless steel, and the top cover is made of plexiglass. The water supply passes through a rotameter mounted on the remote panel and is supplied to the inside of the machine under pressure through ceramic nozzles.
- The remote panel can be made for both manual and automatic humidification and installed in the most convenient place for operation, and electronic equipment can also be installed that provides automatic control of grain moisture at the inlet and outlet of the machine.

The principle of operation
The raw materials are fed into the receiving pipe. The grain flow acts on the plate with the lever, it is deflected, the electrical circuit is closed, and the hole for the water flow is opened by an electromagnetic valve.
Water enters the working area through the inlet pipe through a pressure regulator, an electromagnetic filter and a needle valve, then through a rotameter. The rotor is designed in such a way that the grain is intensively mixed due to the high rotation speed.
It is saturated with moisture and moves to the outlet compartment. The raw material is then directed by gravity to the distribution screw. The operator controls the grain feeding process and the drive from the control panel.

The machine guarantees, depending on the initial moisture content of the grain, uniform moisture in a short time with minimal energy costs without damaging the grain. The unique design of the working bodies provides an intense effect on the surface of the grain, which reduces the ash content of the grain by 0.05-0.07%.
