Telescopic loaders are designed for efficient dust-free  loading dry bulk products into tanks.

Characteristic

The standard design of a telescopic bulk material loader includes four main elements:

• The upper or drive part, which is equipped with a winch, a connecting flange and a nozzle for connection to the aspiration system.
• The lower part is in the form of a cone that connects to the loading hatch.
• The flexible corrugation connecting them ensures dust-free movement of the material.
• An internal system of metal cones that ensures rapid passage of the material and protects the external corrugated element from the effects of abrasive material.

The principle of operation

By means of telescopic loaders, the dust is sucked through the cavity between the outer and inner corrugation, and, passing filtration, is discharged back, ensuring dust-free shipment of bulk materials, which has an excellent effect on the environmental situation and eliminates contamination and loss of the product itself at the stage of shipment.
