Cyclone filters are used for highly efficient cleaning flow air coming from pneumatic transport and aspiration systems from dust and small particles dry method.
Taking into account the minimum dimensions, limited energy consumption and high efficiency, the machine can be used with excellent results in flour milling, pasta, feed milling, food, chemical industries, non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, construction industry and asphalt concrete production.
Characteristic
- The filter has left and right versions.
- Device:
The cyclone consists of a cylindrical body with a conical bottom and an inlet pipe located tangential to the cylinder.
The filter housing is cyclone-shaped, which increases the filtering capacity of the product due to the turbulence imparted to the air flow, as a result of which part of the dust is deposited due to centrifugal action.
Filter bags are vertically located inside the housing, the fabric of which reinforced with steel wire coated with plastic.
In the upper part of the filter there is a clean air chamber that acts as a receiver, a block of air injectors and clean air outlet pipes. The top part can be rotated according to the pitch of the flange holes. The hoses are purged by pulses of compressed air at a pressure of 0.5..0.7 Bar, supplied through air injectors installed above each hose. This system causes the sleeves to vigorously shake, which removes dust adhering to the fabric.
The place for unloading the deposited product (dust) is set by rotating the bottom around its axis when installing the cyclone filter in accordance with the pitch of the flange holes.
The compressed air supply unit has an electronic clock device that regulates the air supply time in the range from 0.15 to 0.3 seconds and the air supply frequency in the range from 5 to 20 seconds.
The principle of operation
- The principle of operation of cyclones is to use centrifugal force to separate solid particles from air or gas.
- Air or gas enters the cyclone through the inlet pipe and moves spirally downwards, moving away from the center.
- Under the action of centrifugal force, solid particles are thrown against the walls of the cylinder and move downwards along with the swirling flow.
- The purified air rises up and is discharged from the cyclone through the outlet.
- Solid particles are collected at the bottom of the cyclone and periodically removed.
Advantages
- To reduce the dimensions and improve the removal of dust and small particles from the filter, instead of the traditional conical sedimentation chamber, a flat bottom with rotating blades pushing the product into the hole at the bottom is installed on the product (place I-I).
- A sluice gate is installed under the opening, which is driven by a gear motor.
- The cyclone filter is supplied in a state of high installation readiness. To connect, it is enough to supply compressed air and electricity. The main filter assemblies can be rotated according to the pitch of the holes in the flanges, which simplifies installation according to the project.
