The UPS pneumatic separating device is intended for cleaning wheat, rye, cereals and other crops from impurities that differ in aerodynamic properties.
Characteristic
The device can be used as a stand-alone machine or in conjunction with a horizontal beaker of the SIG type and a separator of the SPV type when preparing it for grinding or peeling.
The pneumatic separating device is a compact machine with a closed air cycle, consisting of a vibrating tray and a pneumatic separator.

We offer pneumatic separating devices of various types – taking into account the nature and composition of the environment being cleaned, the type of operating equipment and its performance.
We are ready to select and install pneumatic separating devices for non-standard production conditions.
The principle of operation
The initial mixture is supplied to a vibrating tray, which, due to directional vibrations, stratifies the mixture and transports it to a pneumatic separator. Preliminary separation of the product before feeding it into the pneumatic separating channel reduces the likelihood of collision and adhesion of the separated components, which significantly increases the efficiency of grain cleaning.
In the pneumatic separation channel, under the influence of an ascending air flow, the product is divided into two fractions depending on the aerodynamic properties of the separated components.
The presence of an adjustable throttle valve allows you to change the volume of air moving in a closed cycle mode and thereby achieve a high cleaning effect in the widest range from dust particles to puny grains.
