The stone separating machine is designed to separate organic and mineral impurities (small pebbles, pieces of coal, ore, coarse sand, etc.) from grain, which have a higher density, but practically do not differ in size and aerodynamic properties. The machine is also used for cleaning legumes, cocoa and coffee beans, rice, oil seeds and other bulk products from impurities of higher density.

At flour and cereal industry enterprises, a stone separating machine is usually installed in the grain cleaning departments after the separators.

Characteristic

The machine consists of a durable welded frame, an oscillating body, a power supply and unloading pipes. Two drive vibrators are installed on the housing, transmitting a rectilinear vibration movement of adjustable amplitude to the sorting deck. The oscillating body of the machine, the angle of which is adjusted depending on performance and efficiency, is supported by shock absorbers.

The sorting deck, consisting of an aluminum frame with a mesh of durable steel wire, can be easily disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.

The principle of operation

A uniform and constant supply of product is ensured by a feeding device equipped with a spring-loaded valve to seal the system.

Large glazed openings allow you to monitor the sorting deck during operation. Adjustment of technological parameters is carried out while the machine is running using easily accessible adjustment devices.

The aspiration pipe is equipped with a throttle valve for adjusting air flow and a pressure gauge.
