Tapes for elevators must be strong, durable and resistant to various factors, such as humidity, temperature and mechanical stress. They must also have good flexibility and abrasion resistance to ensure long service life and reliable operation of the elevator.

• When choosing a product, in addition to thickness, it is necessary to take into account the type of material used, the number of gaskets and the thickness of the rubber linings, as well as the features of the technological process.
• Resistance: oil, grease, antistatic.
• Material: rubber/fabric/rubber.
• Connection method: Hot, cold, mechanical.
• Type of conveyor belt: rubber-fabric (CB), rubber-fabric (Synthetics).

Conveyor belts BKNL-65-2

The conveyor belt consists of:

• First layer: working rubber surface.
• Second layer: a textile frame consisting of fabric pads that ensures the strength of the conveyor belt.
• Third layer: non-working lining.
