Gate valves for conveyors and hoppers

Valves for screw conveyors and bunkers are used to control the flow of material, the release of grain, flour, bran and other bulk products at enterprises of the flour milling, feed, food and chemical industries.
They can be installed at the entrance to the screw, at the transition point from the horizontal screw to the vertical one, as well as at the exit from the screw conveyor or hopper.
Characteristic
- Valves are divided into rack-and-pinion and screw valves, longitudinal or cross-section, manual, electric and electropneumatic valves.
- Electropneumatic and electric valves are used on automated lines with remote control. They are a rigid steel structure with a sliding flap on polymer rollers. The damper is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder, through a double-acting electric valve in electropneumatic valves.
- In electric gate valves, a linear actuator is used as a damper actuator. The flap is switched from the remote control.
- Manual valves operate from a flywheel via rack and pinion transmission.
- The valve cross-section size can be used as standard 300x300, 640x320, etc. Also non-standard (according to the customer's drawing);
- The height of the standard gate valve is 100 mm, the combined one is 200 mm. They are also made of non-standard height;
- The valves can be made of galvanized, stainless and black steel. The black steel version can be painted in ground enamel or powder paint.
The ZP and ZR valves are designed to block the flow of material moving along screw conveyors, as well as to release it during unloading.
