Receiving conveyor – designed for receiving and temporary storage of wood chips, sawdust, shavings or peat. The design features of this conveyor make it possible to ensure a uniform supply of material into the production line for further processing.
Characteristic
- Volume up to 40m³
- Uniform dosing from 3 to 25m³/hour
- Different configurations of receiving conveyors
The receiving conveyor can operate in start/pause mode or under the control of a “frequency converter”. The conveyor provides mechanical, step-by-step adjustment of the supplied layer.
Design of receiving conveyor with a capacity of up to 30 m3:
- drive unit
- unloading area
- chain tension zone
- board
- the surface of the scraper movement
- rack
- service door
Dimensions may vary depending on the configuration of the receiving conveyor.

The principle of operation
Raw materials are loaded into the receiving part of the conveyor using a front loader (or otherwise). Scrapers move along the bottom of the conveyor and produce uniform unloading of the material into the unloading zone. Thanks to the powerful mechanical transmission, a torque of more than 15,000 Nm is created on the drive shaft, which allows you to work with almost any material.
Advantages
- Reliable proven design
