A pneumatic piston vibrator is a cylindrical vessel (sleeve) with removable covers, inside of which there is a rod, piston, and spring.

- Maximum temperature: up to +110 ℃. Pressure: 2–6 bar, (0.2-0.6 MPa).
- It is necessary to use oil of viscosity ISO VG 15, i.e. oil with a kinematic viscosity of 15 mm2/s (15cTs) at a supply air temperature of 40 ℃.
The principle of operation
The vibration effect on the structure occurs when the piston located in the pneumatic cylinder moves and impacts, moving under the action of compressed air pressure. Due to the variable supply of air in the cylinder cavity, the pneumatic vibrator piston moves forward until it collides with the air cushion in the chamber at the end of the working stroke.
