Conditioning is the result of exposure to varying humidity, temperature and time. Since humidity and temperature are interrelated, time is the only variable to optimize the process. Time can be gained by using a time-controlled air conditioner.
Holding control conditioner, consisting of a steam mixer, automatic steam quantity control and a long holding tank, greatly improves the feed conditioning process. This is mainly reflected in biosafety, optimizing the nutritional quality of feed or improving the quality of pellets.
Characteristic
- The TCL air conditioner consists of the following main parts assembled into a single unit:
- Steam mixer.
- Automatic steam quantity control, consisting of an electropneumatic valve, a water separator, an electrically operated control valve and a connection for a steam line. The digital temperature controller starts the electrically operated control valve.
- The holding tank with a built-in feed disc into the granulator.
- The feed disc in the granulator with a separate drive guarantees a constant and optimal load of the granulator.
- A level sensor at the outlet to determine the overload of the granulator.
- An automatically self-cleaning PT100 temperature sensor on the outlet to register the temperature of the product.
- Drives with a frequency controller to ensure the required holding time and uniform filling of the granulator.
- All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and minimize contamination.
- The external housing of the tank is equipped with an electric heating system and insulation to prevent condensation from appearing inside the air conditioner and maintain an optimal temperature.
- Large hinged doors for easy cleaning.
