Cylindrical extruder assembly units forming the outer casing of the working chamber. The thickness of the walls of the cups, due to the tight fit of the sleeves and bushings in them, allows the sleeves and bushings not to collapse under the influence of excessive pressure created in the working chamber during the operation of the extruder.

The principle of operation

The glasses LFUI.E-1000.00.00.002 and LFUI.E-1000.14.00.000 are intermediate, the glass LFUI.E-1000.13.00.000-SB is an inlet, ensuring the flow of processed raw materials into the working chamber of the extruder. The glass LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.001 is an outlet and is equipped with details of the output of the extruded product from the working chamber. The glasses LFUYA.E-1000.00.00.002 and LFUYA.E-1000.14.00.000 differ in the presence of a temperature control sensor connection node in the latter. These cups have threaded holes for mounting screws that provide additional fastening of the sleeves. The glass LFUYA.E-1000.13.00.000-SB is rigidly fixed with screws to the spindle body of the extruder. The remaining cups are fastened together with locks and additionally, to prevent turning, they are fixed with pins.
