Norias are used for lifting and transporting various bulk materials in a vertical plane, including both raw materials (rapeseed, soy, sunflower, grain, etc.) and products obtained as a result of its processing (cake, meal, compound feed, granules, etc.).
Norias are used in milling, grain processing, feed industry. Some burrows have an inclined surface, due to which dry lumpy products are conveniently transported.

The principle of operation
The noria works like a conveyor, moving the material in a vertical plane. The speed of the noria belt and the angle of inclination determine the speed and efficiency of material movement.
The grain is fed through the receiving tray into the shoe of the noria and fills the buckets rotating around the drum. The belt with buckets filled with grain moves to the upper drum and, when it is bent around, the buckets unload the grain, which is discharged through the discharge pipe. The gearbox of the noria head has a belt reverse brake. The noria is equipped with various sensors to monitor the tape. When these sensors are triggered, a signal is sent to the control panel of the laboratory. Thus, technological processes are controlled.
