Conical silos

Silos with a cone bottom are used for long-term storage of grain, seeds or mixed feed. Silos with a cone bottom are used in various enterprises: poultry farms, mills, feed factories. They are also used for loading grain into cars or rail transport.

Characteristic

• made of sheet steel with a zinc coating density of 450g/m2., according to the calculation of static and wind resistance;
• the tightness of the joints is ensured by galvanized bolts with polypropylene washers or a waterproof mastic composite;
• snow load – 240 kg/m2, wind load — 160 km/h;
• reinforced stiffeners made of galvanized steel;
• multi-segment roof platform;
• observation door in the roof with stairs and railings;
• outdoor staircase with railing and platform;
• insulated inlet loading port;
• the inspection door is located in the first ring, a temperature control outlet with stairs, fencing and a platform;
• the angle of the cone is 45°, 60°, 66°.

The standard delivery package of the silo includes:

• silo with supports;
• temperature control system;
• ventilation system;
• ladder;
• a silo maintenance site.
