The SIG Yach peeling machine is designed for preliminary peeling of barley grain with subsequent separation of the husk. By passing grain 2-3 times through the SIG Yach beaker, a high degree of purification can be achieved.
The SIG K beaker is designed for dry crushing of corn grains when working in production lines at enterprises for the production of cereals, flour, and oil from corn germ.
Characteristic
- The machine consists of a solid supporting structure. The housing has two doors for easy installation and disassembly of the shell. The rotor is dynamically balanced and mounted on roller bearings capable of withstanding heavy loads. The whip races are made of wear-resistant heat-treated steel sheets, which significantly increases their service life.
- The use of cast grooved rollers made of wear-resistant heat-treated steel can significantly increase their service life and cleaning efficiency of the processed product.
- The process of purification of the product is carried out due to the friction of the grain against the whips, the shell and among themselves.
- Technological effect of reducing the ash content of wheat grain:
- After the first cleaning: more than 0.05% - at a grain moisture content of 14%

The principle of operation
The operating principle of the beating machine is based on the use of rotating cylindrical drums or rollers coated with abrasive material or rubber spikes. The product to be processed is loaded into the machine and falls between these drums or rollers.
When the drums or rollers rotate, the product moves along them and the processing process occurs. In the case of grains or seeds, the shells and coatings are removed from the product as they are softer and more easily abrasive. In this case, the main product remains intact and ready for further processing or use.
