The principle of operation
- The raw material is fed into the hopper of the extruder by a screw feeder, sent to the funnel and then to the screw part of the extruder. The raw materials are crushed, compressed, heat treated and mixed, no more than 30 seconds. Short processing time by pressure and temperature — does not allow proteins to break down.
- The finished product is squeezed out of the extruder under pressure through the opening of the outlet device. By adjusting the gap in the screw part and the diameter of the outlet, the extrusion temperature and the degree of blasting are changed.
- It is possible to control and regulate the temperature in 3 zones of the extruder barrel to obtain different temperature treatment modes depending on the processed raw materials.
