Characteristic

Spraying increases the energy value of the feed and promotes its better absorption. The process is therefore playing an increasingly important role in the efficient production of animal feed. Important advantages of liquid spraying compared to fat dosing during granulation:

• more accurate dosing and more uniform distribution of fat in the feed;
• no contamination in the granulator;
• the process becomes much simpler and cleaner.

Features of execution

• Allows spraying up to 2.5% of liquid on cold and hot granules;
• The cascade installation is mounted between the granulator and the cooler or directly in front of the bulk shipment section, i.e. it is applied after granulation;
