- Roller machines belong to the field of grinding machines with two horizontally positioned and autonomously operating pairs of rollers.
- The machine bed is a particularly rigid welded structure. Cast iron rollers are manufactured with high precision and undergo dynamic balancing. The radial runout of the rollers is checked in assembly with double row self-aligning roller bearings.
- The inter-roller transmission is a patented flexible belt drive that allows you to operate the rollers without a set of repair gears until the bleached layer is completely worn out.
- In addition, the belt drive made it possible to reduce noise characteristics and increase the circumferential speed of the roller to 8.4 m/sec.

The principle of operation
- The grain is loaded into the receiving hopper of the machine, from which, with a feeding shaft, it is fed to the grinding rollers for uniform distribution over the surface.
- The grinding rollers rotate at different speeds for more efficient separation of the grain shell from the endosperm and high-quality grinding.
- The grain is crushed due to shear and compression forces, passing through the gap between the rolls.
The efficiency of roller mills depends on many factors, including the quality of the source grain, machine settings, roller rotation speed and other parameters.
