The use of compound feeds enriched with liquid components is the basis for increasing the productivity of animals and poultry. Such physical parameters of a liquid as viscosity are the main parameter determining technology, equipment and automation tools. It depends on the temperature and has a significant impact on the spraying technology, dosing accuracy and mixing quality.

Characteristic
The dosing device for adding liquid components consists of:
- Pumping device;
- Heated liquid tank, material of manufacture – stainless or carbon steel;
- Electric tank heating system (if necessary);
- Metering pump;
- A set of injection nozzles, pipes, fittings and valves.

Molasses Mixer
Purpose: continuous mixing systems are used for mixing liquids, which, depending on performance, are divided into single, double and triple. Molasses mixers allow you to mix up to 7% molasses and create a homogeneous product without sticking and clumping. These installations are optimally suited for industries where intensity and short exposure times are required.
The principle of operation: A continuous mixer requires an accurate feed rate of dry product and molasses. Heating molasses before entering the mixer contributes to its uniform distribution in the feed.
Characteristic
- The speed in the mixing chambers is 380 rpm.
- The mixing blades are adjustable to vary the holding time and intensity.
- Cylindrical body with large hinged doors for cleaning the mixer.
The molasses mixer is designed in accordance with safety requirements.

- The maximum permissible viscosity of the liquid is 50 sP;
- The cascade installation is mounted between the granulator and the cooler or directly in front of the bulk shipment section, i.e. it is applied after granulation;
- The heating turns on when the air conditioner is started. This reduces evaporation;
- Spraying of the liquid begins with an increase in the load of the granulator;
- The spray installation is available in an explosive environment version.

- maintain the benefits of granules while also preventing their breakdown and reducing dust generation.
