Commissioning works
The engineering service of Globalprodservice carries out commissioning of the installed technological line, ensuring high quality of work, compliance with safety requirements and regulatory documents, and minimizes the risks of emergency situations during the operation of the equipment. The scope, nomenclature and timing of the NDT depend on the specific type of equipment and the complexity of the facility.
Commissioning works are carried out after the completion of the installation of equipment, before putting the facility into operation, include the following types of work:
- Checking the correct installation of the equipment.
- Checking the serviceability of all components and mechanisms.
- Setting and adjusting the parameters of the equipment operation.
- Conducting tests and performance checks of equipment and systems at idle and under load.
