For introducing liquid components onto finished granules. The installation ensures the introduction of fats and soluble additives (enzymes and probiotics) into cold feed pellets.

Characteristic

The spraying process is playing an increasingly important role in the efficient production of animal feed, allowing:

• to increase the energy value of granules due to a higher percentage of liquid components input;
• introducing temperature-sensitive components;
• to preserve the advantages of granules, as well as to prevent their disintegration and reduce the level of dust formation.

• Precise dosing and uniform distribution in the feed;
• Simultaneous injection of liquid and grain;
• Suitable for injecting up to 5% fat;
• Dosing of enzymes;
• Allows you to inject up to 4 liquids in total;
• Allows spraying up to 5% on cold granules;
• Heating does not allow fat to thicken, which prevents contamination and clogging of the pipeline or further technological equipment.
