Local filter
Appointment
The local filter is designed for highly efficient dry cleaning of dust-laden air released from the product. Filters are installed directly on equipment (elevators, conveyors, bunkers, etc.) and do not require connection to an aspiration network. Only the compressed air pipeline for purging the filter bags is connected to the main pipelines.
Local filters FKTs/L are used for highly efficient cleaning air flow from dust and small particles in the high pressure compressed air line.
Taking into account the minimum dimensions, limited energy consumption and high efficiency, the machine can be used with excellent results in flour milling, pasta, feed milling, food, chemical, construction and cement industries.
Characteristic
- The local filter is installed directly on equipment that requires aspiration (elevators, conveyors, etc.) in the area where the product is loaded.
- The hoses are purged by pulses of compressed air under a pressure of 4-5 bar, supplied through air injectors installed above each hose.
- This system causes the bags to vigorously shake, causing dust clinging to the fabric to be thrown back into the equipment where the local filter is installed. When designing, it is recommended to take the load on the filter surface according to the maximum permissible values.

The local filter has a certificate of conformity, a hygienic certificate and permission from the Federal Committee for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
Thanks to the use of new filter materials (corrugated hoses), it was possible to double the volume of purified air.
The Local Filter has: a certificate of conformity, a hygienic certificate, as well as a declaration and certificate of conformity in accordance with TR/TS 010 and TR/TS 012.
