Appointment
The magnetic separator is designed to capture metal impurities on transport lines for receiving grain and floury raw materials, as well as on transport lines for supplying raw materials to impact machines.
Characteristic
- The magnetic separator ensures maximum capture of metallomagnetic impurities with a length of straight sections of gravity flows in front of magnetic separators of no more than 1.5 m and their inclination angles not exceeding 40 ° (for grain) and 45 ° (for powdery raw materials).
- Permanent magnets are made of neodymium-based alloys with iron and boron, which provides a 10-fold increase in the retention forces of metal impurities compared to the ferrite-based permanent magnets used.
- The warranty period of the magnets is 10 years, while no control of their induction and magnetization is required.

We are ready to select and install a magnetic separator for non-standard production conditions.
The principle of operation
The magnetic separator works by induction of a magnetic field (permanent magnet). Magnets attract metallomagnetic impurities in the flow of raw materials. After the end of the shift, the operator opens the device and extracts impurities and particles (or automatically removes and discharges metal impurities into the receiver).
Advantages
- A powerful magnetic system ensures effective capture and removal of ferromixtures from the stream of recyclables, grains and products.
- Automatic removal of trapped ferro-impurities due to movement from the internal magnetic system outside the working area for magnetic deposition and subsequent discharge of sediment into the receiver.
- The absence of passive zones, full-volume magnetic circuits, which allows you to guarantee effective capture of metal inclusions.
- All magnetic separators are made on the basis of Nd-Fe-B magnets.
