Appointment
To provide compressed air to pneumatic equipment, equipment and tools used in industry and for other consumer purposes.
Characteristic
The system mainly consists of pressure sensor, solenoid valve, air inlet valve, etc.
- Conditions of use: operation of the unit outdoors under the influence of precipitation is not allowed. The permissible temperature range in the room is from +5 to +40˚С, relative air humidity is not more than 90%.
- Version: Units in standard version from the manufacturer.
- Execution: Units equipped with additional devices in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
The principle of operation
- Compression in a screw-type air compressor is generated by the meshing of two helical rotors (male and female) on parallel shafts, enclosed in a heavy-duty cast iron housing with inlet and outlet ports located at opposite ends;
- The slots of the female rotor engage with the male rotor and are driven by it. Thus, a process of suction, compaction, compression and injection occurs;
- Water or air oil cooling;
- The cooling water for water-cooled compressor must meet the water quality requirements, and also meet the requirement of inlet water temperature <32° (and pressure 0.2Mpa-0.4Mpa.).
Air enters the air section by passing through the air filter and intake valve. Compression occurs due to the meshing of male and female rotors. The air pressure gradually increases from the inlet to the outlet at the opposite end.
Compressed air leaves the air end, when its pressure reaches the nominal value, into the separator through the tangential inlet. With an almost continuous change in flow direction, more and more oil droplets are removed from the air by inertia and returned to the settling tank. The air stream with a very fine mist is then directed into the separator element to pass through the second filtration stage. The air vapor, now practically free of oil, leaves the separator, passing through a minimum pressure valve with a pressure guarantee, into the heat exchanger, from which the air will be discharged outside.
AIR FLOW
AIR - - - AIR FILTER - - - 1 INLET VALVE - AIR SUPPLY END - - - SEPARATOR - - - MINIMUM PRESSURE VALVE - - - HEAT EXCHANGER - - - OUTLET
OIL FLOW
OIL SEPARATOR --- THERMAL SENSITIVE VALVE-COOLER (BYPASS VALVE) --- OIL FILTER-AIR INTAKE (OIL INJECTION) - - - SEPARATOR - - - RECIRCULATION
The oil from the separator enters the temperature sensitive valve, which can control the flow volume ratio of hot oil to the cooler and the bypass valve through which the hot oil enters the air part to ensure the temperature of the outlet air mist (low temperature of the outlet air may cause water vapor to condense contained in the air and cause a large amount of condensation, which leads to emulsification of the oil and a decrease in its service life). Finally, the oil is sucked back into the air section through the separator return line.
Oil recirculation is maintained by the pressure difference between the separator and the air part. Therefore, a certain pressure must exist inside the separator, which is guaranteed by the minimum pressure valve.
Advantages
- Using the product allows you to significantly save energy, mechanize labor and improve the quality of work;
- High level of efficiency;
- Quiet and long-lasting operation;
- The pressure regulation mode in the system is automatic;
- Long service life;
- Warranty -24 months.
