Flat-bottomed silos are designed for long-term storage of all types of cereals, legumes, cereals, corn, rapeseed with humidity up to 14% (rapeseed up to 9%) and clogging up to 3%.
Characteristic
- Silos are made of S350GD sheet steel with a zinc coating density from 450 g/m2 to 600 g/m2.
- From above, the silos are covered with a conical roof of rafter construction.
- For the side corrugated walls of silos, sheets with a thickness of 0.8 to 3 mm are used, the sheets are installed in rows, the sheets in the lower rows are thicker than in the upper ones.
- To ensure complete moisture resistance of the silo during the entire service life, the sheets are sealed with a special vulcanizing mass.
- Bolts with sealing gaskets are used to connect the side walls.
- The silo design provides places for sampling grain for moisture.
- The floor of the silos is concrete with air ducts covered with perforated galvanized sheets. Unloading holes are located in one line in the floor, through which grain is unloaded from silos, valves on unloading holes are installed under the floor.
