A sluice gate is used for releasing deposited product from unloaders and air purification devices, as well as for releasing bulk products from bunkers.

Characteristic

Sluice valves are designed to work in conjunction with cyclones, filters, pneumatic separators, which are part of the technological process diagram of a high-quality grinding mill. Sluice valves are installed under cyclones in order to minimize pressure losses when unloading bulk materials from pneumatic installations.
The operation of the sluice gate must be carried out in a closed room of explosive category “B” according to SNiP M-2-72 (VIIa according to PUE) at an ambient temperature of 16-18 ° C and a relative air humidity of 50-60%.
The shutter must be installed on a special metal frame.
The sluice gate has a certificate of conformity, a hygienic certificate and permission from the Federal Committee for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
