Characteristic
- Sluice valves are designed to work in conjunction with cyclones, filters, pneumatic separators, which are part of the technological process diagram of a high-quality grinding mill. Sluice valves are installed under cyclones in order to minimize pressure losses when unloading bulk materials from pneumatic installations.
- The operation of the sluice gate must be carried out in a closed room of explosive category “B” according to SNiP M-2-72 (VIIa according to PUE) at an ambient temperature of 16-18 ° C and a relative air humidity of 50-60%.
- The shutter must be installed on a special metal frame.
- The sluice gate has a certificate of conformity, a hygienic certificate and permission from the Federal Committee for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
