Conditioning is the result of exposure to varying humidity, temperature and time. Since humidity and temperature are interrelated, time is the only variable to optimize the process. Time can be gained by using a time-controlled air conditioner.
A conditioner installed after the steam mixer significantly improves the feed conditioning process. This plays a major role in biosecurity, optimizing the nutritional quality of the feed and improving the digestibility of the product, as well as improving the quality of the pellets.
Characteristic
The air conditioner is a complete machine that includes all safety devices, optimal control requirements and other necessary functions.
- Drives with a frequency controller to ensure the required holding time and uniform filling of the granulator.
- All product contact parts are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and minimize contamination.
- The outer casing of the tank is equipped with an electrical heating system and insulation to prevent condensation inside the air conditioner and maintain optimal temperature.
- Large hinged doors for easy cleaning.
- The doors are equipped with safety switches.
- The granulator feed disc with separate drive guarantees a constant and optimal load of the granulator.
- Level sensor at the outlet to detect overload of the granulator.
- Automatically self-cleaning outlet temperature sensor PT100 to record product temperature.
- All preparations are provided to place the steam mixer directly on top of the air conditioner.
- Height-adjustable legs for optimal positioning.
