The MB type scourge machine is designed for pre-sorting products after the roller machines of the final shredding systems (reduce the load on sieving) and additional separation of endosperm residues from the shells during varietal milling of wheat (reduce the load on the roller machines of subsequent systems).

Deviators installed in the upper part of the sieve cylinder allow you to control the work process. By changing their angle, the time the product remains in the working area is adjusted.
The sieve cylinder and beaters are made of stainless steel.
The machine body is equipped with an aspiration pipe.
We offer different types of whipping machines – taking into account the nature and composition of the environment being cleaned, the type of operating equipment and its performance.
We are ready to select and install whipping machines for non-standard production conditions.
The principle of operation
The source product enters the receiving and feeding chamber through the receiving pipe, which is equipped with a feed auger and a distributor along the sieve cylinder. Then it is picked up by the rotor beaters and distributed evenly under the action of centrifugal forces over the surface of the sieve cylinder.
The separation of the endosperm from the shells occurs as a result of collision and intense friction of the particles among themselves and against the surface of the cylinder. The use of a polyhedron-shaped sieve cylinder improves the quality of the product.
The separated endosperm and shell particles, the size of which is smaller than the size of the sieve openings, are sieved and removed from the machine through the outlet pipe, and the particles that do not pass through the sieve holes are transported along the sieve surface of the machine with beaters and removed through the outlet pipe.
Advantages
- Available in a wide power range.
- They are reliable and durable, they can work without interruptions for a long time.
- They allow you to adjust the rotation speed.
