- The main working body of sieving is sieve housings with horizontally arranged sieves in several tiers in accordance with the technological scheme.
- The screen consists of a drive (central) drive section and two body sections connected by bolts and two beams into a single unit. Each of the body sections, depending on the sieving size, can consist of 2, 3 and 4 isolated sections into which package frames are installed.
- The maximum number of batch frames installed in each individual section can be 20 or 30. The section on the front side is closed with doors with quick-release clips. The inner walls of the section and the doors are lined with thermal insulation panels made of lightweight material and wear-resistant plastic.
- The suspension system of the sieving to the supporting frame consists of a set of fiberglass rods.
- The bags of the sieve frames are tightly compressed by two special clamping devices conveniently located above each section. The tight compression of the package frames and the use of seals made of high-quality felt make it possible to ensure complete tightness of the sieving and eliminate product blockages.
- The outlet and intake pipes in the sieving itself and the pallets of the sieve frames are made of stainless steel. The exhaust pipes are manufactured in 2 versions: 120mm and 140mm.
- The screen frames are equipped with polyamide screen fabric of both domestic and imported production, as well as a metal-woven mesh made of stainless wire.
- The sieves are cleaned with Swiss-made belting cleaners or polyurethane cleaners specifically for metal-woven sieves. Fast. Pallet unloading is provided by polyurethane-based ejectors.
- To ensure the reception and processing of a large amount of product, spacer frames are installed between the frame packages.
- The product can be supplied to each sieving section through one or two intake pipes, and the sorted product can be released through 28 outlet pipes.
The principle of operation
The principle of sieving operation consists in parallel and sequential sieving of grinding products through sets of flat horizontal sieves, which together with the sieving cabinet perform circular translational vibrations in the horizontal plane.
