A set of technological equipment equipped with an automated process control system for operator control. The technological line is based on highly efficient hot and cold pressed oil presses, an extruder, and a filter for primary oil purification, which are selected for a specific technological process in accordance with the required capacity of the line. The integrated line includes an automated process control system that monitors all processes and records all key production indicators.

The sunflower processing line is designed to produce high-quality cake with minimal residual oil content and maximum yield of sunflower oil from oilseeds. Sunflower oil can be used for both food and technical purposes. The cake is used for livestock feed, or is used as a protein-rich additive in the production of compound feeds. It provides the company with protein raw materials in the shortest possible time and is a tool for import substitution.

TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME OF SUNFLOWER PROCESSING
The technological schemes of the sunflower processing line use technologies of SINGLE OR DOUBLE PRESSING WITH EXTRUSION in order to obtain maximum oil yield. The use of different modifications and connection schemes of the equipment allows us to offer different design solutions - from processing small volumes of seeds to large production enterprises, taking into account the technical requirements of customers.
Efficiency of extrusion technology
- allows you to get a high–quality and well-digested product at the output
- a cake with a high protein content (8-12% more in the cake than in the raw material);
- increases oil yield;
- increases the productivity of ruminants by obtaining a protected protein (protein bypass);
- improving the taste of the feed and increasing its nutritional value;
- harmful microorganisms are neutralized.
The technological scheme for processing raw materials by the line includes the following technological operations:
- Seed weighing (additional function);
- Cleaning seeds from dust, sand, stones, large impurities and metal impurities;
- Peeling of sunflower seeds;
- Primary pressing;
- Extrusion;
- Secondary pressing;
- Oil purification (filtration);
- Storage and release of oil into transport containers;
- Cooling, storage and release of cake;
- Moisturizing the cake (additional function).
Before primary pressing, oil seeds are cleaned of weeds, oilseeds and metallic impurities. Impurities include shells, remains of leaves and stems, sand, lumps of earth, stones, seeds of wild and cultivated plants, damaged seeds of the main crop.
Sunflower seeds sent to the SEPARATOR for cleaning are sorted on two pairs of sieves located in parallel in the sieve housing (upper and lower pair of sieves).
For sunflower oil seeds, the sieves indicated in the table are used.

The size of the sieves can be selected by the enterprise individually, taking into account the characteristics of the raw materials.
Departure from the upper sieve - large impurities, passage of the lower sieve - small impurities. In the aspiration chamber, the raw materials are cleared of light, dry, non-adherent particles. To separate particles, velocity loss and inertial force are used.
The purified sunflower oil seeds enter the HUSKER and pass through the magnetic protection. After collapsing, they are separated, with the separation of the husk from the grain and sent to the ACTIVE STORAGE through a NORMALIZER that provides heating of the raw material to 35 ° C with the possibility of adjusting the heating temperature using the automated process control system. After heating, the grain enters the FIRST PRESSING, where about 60-70% of the oil is squeezed out. After the press, the cake is fed into the EXTRUDER, where it undergoes heat treatment. The hot extrudate is sent to the SECOND PRESSING.
At the second stage of pressing, the residual oil is squeezed out, it passes through a FILTRATION SYSTEM and enters STORAGE TANKS with subsequent shipment to vehicles. After pressing the oil, the resulting cake is cooled and fed to a warehouse for storage and further shipment.
The technological process takes place automatically and is controlled from the control room. To operate and maintain the line, 1-2 people are required. The delivery package may include a video surveillance kit and remote access.
